The Rhode Island Genealogical Society seeks presentation proposals for its September through May programming season. Suggested categories include skill-building, new tools, Rhode Island-related content, and Rhode Island families.
RIGS has approximately 600 members. We offer $200 per 50-minute presentation. Our events are a mix of virtual and in-person programs, and we prefer in-person speakers for hybrid events.
The proposal window for the 2026–2027 event season has closed. Please check back soon for information about submitting proposals for the 2027–2028 event season.
